The 2025 First Responder Recruitment & Wellness Summit will take place on September 23 & 24, 2025 at Ashland University John C Myers Convocation Center, 638 Jefferson St. Ashland, OH 44805

Join us for the 2025 First Responders Recruitment & Wellness Summit that will include a variety of keynote sessions hosted by subject matter experts. This free two-day event aims to unite public safety professionals, mental health experts, and community leaders to prioritize wellness and recruitment in the first responder field. The summit allows for professionals to explore innovative wellness and recruitment strategies, share best practices, and connect with peers to address the unique challenges faced in these positions. Attendees will be provided the tools needed to help build a healthier, more resilient first responder community.
